The Quirky Bistro is a small independent Bistro run by myself, Lise, and my business partner Fabrizio.
We both were brought up on good old-fashioned home cooking influenced by our grandmothers and mothers, everything homemade, so we know no other way.
We both have different backgrounds, Fabrizio is Italian, and I am from Antigua.
My grandmother was from Cheshire and was a fantastic cook.
She loved to be in the kitchen, which is where a lot of my influence came from.
I ran a restaurant for 15 years in Antigua and decided to move to the uk and continue doing what I love.
I would also like to introduce you to the chef Leonardo who, like Fabrizio and myself, has a big passion for his job.
He is from sicily and has lived and worked in the uk for 25 years and is an amazing chef but very humble. His food is made with love and plenty of passion.
Food is a big part of our lives. we want you to enjoy your experience with us.
We cook and serve from our hearts and souls and want all our customers to feel welcomed, relax, and leave happy.
Our Quirky Bistro is different and unique, as well as our menu.

Fresh Ingredients
QUIRKY Bistro Breakfast
Two rashers of bacon, gluten free sausage, two free range fried eggs, grilled tomato and mushroom all served on two slices of buttered bloomer bread and a side dish of our homemade baked beans.
VEGAN QUIRKY bistro Breakfast
Vegan sliced sausages, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, all sauteed in our homemade sundried and porcini mushroom paste, served on a thick malted bloomer and sauteed herbed potatoes.
Eggs Benedict
Crispy sliced bacon served on top of a thin bagel with two poached eggs, topped with our sweet smoked Paprika hollandaise sauce.
8 OZ STEAK RUMP STEAK
Cooked to your liking served with chunky chips and side salad.
BLACKENED PANFRIED FISH
Fish seasoned with Grenadian spices (Grenada is known as the Island of spice)
A blend of five different spices which are not spicey. The fish is topped with chefs pineapple salsa, served with rise and black-eyed peas and seasonal vegetables.
CHEF LEONARDO LEMON CHICKEN
Chicken breast sauteed in fresh lemon, white wine, fresh thyme served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. (gf option)
DOUBLE SMASH CHEESE BURGER
With the finest minced steak from our butchers topped with caramelized onions, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, served with chunky chips.
CHEF LEONARDO SICILIAN ARANCINI
Served with his delicious Bolognese sauce.
SALT FISH FRITTERS
This is a dish that is popular in my Island of Antigua & Barbuda.
Salted cod, scotch bonnet peppers, fresh mango and herbs and a little bit of Cavalier rum.
Deep fried and served with our home made mango chilli dip sauce.
SOUP
Broccoli soup made with our homemade vegetable stock, fresh herbs and served with crispy crostini.
CLASSIC CALAMARI ITALIAN STYLE
Served with spicy lemon tar tar sauce.
GARLIC SHRIMP
Sautéed with chef Leonardo magic ingredients, served with crispy crostini.
Grannys homemade apple pie
Served with custard.
